This policy applies to paid purchases on TextFaker, specifically the one-time lifetime access purchase.
What You Purchase
The paid offer is a one-time payment for lifetime access to image generation features on the account used at checkout. There is no recurring subscription for this offer.
Cancellation
Because this is a one-time purchase and not a recurring subscription, there is no ongoing plan to cancel.
Refund Eligibility
You can request a refund if one of the following applies:
- A duplicate charge was made for the same purchase.
- You were charged but lifetime access was not activated and we could not resolve the issue after support review.
- You request a refund within 14 days of purchase and include the email used during checkout.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds may be declined in cases of abuse, fraud, or policy violations. This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply under local law.
How to Request a Refund

- The email used for purchase
- Purchase date and amount
- A short reason for the request
Processing Time
We review requests promptly. Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take several business days for the refund to appear.
